The GRAESER UNTERNEHMENSVERMITTLUNG was founded in 1980 by Josef Graeser and majoritarian in 1999 by Dipl. Ing. Wolfgang Rebholz. He spent a long time in management positions at today's Airbus AG and subsequently he served as Head of M & A at Daimler-Benz Group Strategy.

Since May 2016 Dr. Ralf Kohl is a further managing director and co-partner of our company. He has many years of experience as a self-employed entrepreneur and previously served as communications director of a large company. Focuses of his previous engagement were various sales tasks, also as a consultant and coach.

In addition to the two managing directors, who also work as project managers, there is a team of project-experienced employees who have been operating in various sectors for many years.

As a banking and group independent company, we specialize in the intermediation of medium-sized companies with a turnover of up to approx. € 20 million and on the brokerage of commercial properties. A further strength is the highly successful handling of search mandates for individuals and companies according to given criteria.

From nearly 40 years of successful activity we have a large and satisfied customer base. Through our long-standing and well-maintained contacts, we are known by many entrepreneurs, business start-ups and investors in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. For companies we are a proven partner for the realization of purchase and participation requests in the German market.

When we accept a mandate, we identify with the task and process the mission with high discretion until the conclusion of the purchase contract. During the entire project, our clients are supported by the same personally known and familiar project manager.

From the multitude of various successful mediations, from many, often long-standing contacts as well as through intense research, we gain the potential candidates for the respective project. Our method to present the offer actively and individually to potential buyers / sellers anonymously and thus to arouse the interest justifies our success.

Our strength lies in the professional assessment and valuation of companies and commercial real estate. This usually means a better chance of success for the customer and a more convincing, well founded value representation. In the negotiation phase we offer the necessary assistance as moderator.

Before placing the mediation order, we want to get to know the corresponding company in order to be able to act optimally. The same applies to commercial real estate. A first meeting can therefore be made at your place. We also invite you to a get-together in our offices in the historic town of Bacharach am Rhein (near Mainz).
